CMS teachers give
message 'Ghar Aur Vidyalaya Se Badhkar Koi Na
Teerath Dham'
in grand 'Jan Jagran March'
Lucknow, May 8: It is really tough to
find a parallel to the voice the over 3000
teachers of City Montessori School raised on the
Lucknow roads today for imbibing godly virtues
in students and their moral and character
building. To mark the golden jubilee of the
institution these teachers led by the CMS
Founder, Mr Jagdish Gandhi took out this huge
'Jan Jagran March' titled 'Ghar Aur Vidyalaya Se
Badhkar Koi Na Teerath Dham (No Pilgrimage is
better than home and school) which called upon
the masses to create a godly atmosphere in homes
and in schools with a view to instill moral
values in young hearts thus urging the public to
create a congenial atmosphere in home and school
and bring the two to coordination. This March
began from Purani Chungi at 8.00 am and
culminated in CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. The
March was led by the brilliant ex-student of CMS
Aliganj, Sonali Giri, who secured 11th position
among girls and 42nd position in the overall
merit list of prestigious IAS examination this
year. Besides this, the family members of CMS
ex-students Ajay Gupta, who secured 27th Rank in
IAS examinationa and Neha Giri also participated
in the grand March. It may be mentioned that all
these three brilliant students have been
selected in IAS this year. Principals of all CMS
branches too appealed to the masses to create
such atmosphere in schools and homes that it
helps in the character building of students.
Upon reaching CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, the
March got converted into a huge rally which was
addressed by the renowned educationist and
Founder of CMS, Mr Jagdish Gandhi.
Earlier, the 'Jan Jagran March' held in the
morning drew massive public applause as could be
see from the masses gathered along both sides of
the road. These crowds and their applause was
enough to motivate the CMS teachers.
Leading the 'Ghar Aur Vidyalaya Se
Badhkar Koi Na Teerath Dham - Jan Jagran March'
was Principal of CMS Kanpur Road Dr
(Mrs) Vineeta Kamran dressed as the Chief
Justice of the world along with her 100 teachers
who adorned judges dresses. 150 teachers of CMS
Rajendra Nagar dressed as world citizens and 200
teachers of CMS Mahanagar, Gomti Nagar and
Aliganj followed them holding globes and flags
of 200 countries of the world and made a
powerful appeal for safeguarding the future of
two billion children of the world. The March
looked very pretty with thousands of teachers
walking in every disciplined way in lines of
five conveying the message 'Ghar aur Vidyalaya
Se Badhkar Koi Na Teerath Dham'. The appeal was
made more effective with the placards, flags,
globes and banners the teachers were carrying
appealing for making every child pure, kind and
radiant.
In the afternoon session, a press
conference was organized with the objective of
giving detailed information about the Jan Jagran
March. On this occasion, the CMS Founder and
renowned educationist, Shri Jagdish Gandhi
addressed the press reporters saying that this
Jan Jagran March is basically aimed at conveying
to the society at large that every child comes
upon this earth at a potential light of the
world possessing a pure, kind and radiant heart
but due to the religious ignorance of the
society the contemporary educational pattern is
filling his young mid with such thoughts which
are making him draw away from the humanity.
In such circumstances there is an urgent need
that a godly environment is created in schools
and homes so that the parents and teachers are
able to instill positive virtues like charity,
forgiveness, brotherhood and love in young
impressionable minds. He said that a child grown
in godly atmosphere in his home and school would
surely be able to make this earth one big family
i.e. Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam.
Mr Gandhi further said that in
his mother's womb during the first 9 months of
is existence every child is under the direct
care of the Almighty God and therefore at the
time of his birth he possesses a pure, kind and
radiant heart. He however, even after his birth
lives under the care of his parents only as a
treasure of the God. Therefore it is the duty of
the parents that they themselves acquire holy,
kind, godly and socially useful virtues and
instill the same in their child. Mr
Gandhi said that no where in the world or in any
place of worship can we find any saint with such
pure, radiant and kind heart as a child.
The real places of worship therefore are the
schools and homes where we can meet children who
are nothing but the real embodiments of the God,
he said, adding that it is the duty of the
parents and teachers to make every child the
light of the world by providing him a godly
atmosphere and the education of all three kinds
namely human, material and divine.
This Public Awareness March is an important step
by CMS for providing a new direction to the
society. He said that since its very inception
CMS is trying to provide cultured citizens to
the society, nation and the world imbued with
high moral values and for this it has been
exploiting all possible mediums. This particular
March he said, is aimed at motivating the
parents and teachers to create pure and godly
atmosphere in homes and schools with a view to
develop each child as Total Quality Person.
During its past 50 years of existence CMS has
presented numerous such instances and to a large
extent it has succeeded in evoking public
awareness. It is due to these CMS efforts that
several CMS students have carried the message of
world unity and world peace not just within he
country but to various parts of the world, he
added.

‘घर और विद्यालय से बढ़कर कोई न तीरथ–धाम’ का संदेश दिया
सी.एम.एस. शिक्षकों के जन–जागरण मार्च ने
लखनऊ, 8 मई। सिटी
मोन्टेसरी स्कूल के 3000 से अधिक शिक्षक–शिक्षिकाओं ने
बालकों को ईश्वरीय गुणों से परिपूर्ण करने एवं उनके
चारित्रिक व नैतिक विकास हेतु जो आवाज आज लखनऊ की सड़कों
पर बुलन्द की, उसकी दूसरी मिसाल शायद ही कोई और मिले।
प्रख्यात शिक्षाविद् व सी.एम.एस. के संस्थापक श्री जगदीश
गाँधी की अगुवाई में सी.एम.एस. शिक्षकों ने आज विद्यालय के
पचास वर्षीय स्वर्णिम सफर के उपलक्ष्य में बच्चों के हित
में आवाज उठाते हुए विशाल ‘घर और विद्यालय से बढ़कर कोई न
तीरथ–धाम – जन जागरण मार्च’ निकालकर समस्त जन–समुदाय में
छात्रों के चारित्रिक व नैतिक विकास हेतु घर व विद्यालय
में ईश्वरीय वातावरण निर्मित करने का अभूतपूर्व उत्साह
जगाया एवं घर व विद्यालय के बीच बेहतर तालमेल व सामन्जस्य
स्थापित करने का संदेश दिया। यह विशाल जन–जागरण मार्च आज
प्रात: 800 बजे कानपुर रोड स्थित पुरानी चुंगी से
सी0एम0एस0 कानपुर रोड आॅडिटोरियम तक निकाला गया। मार्च का
नेतृत्व इस वर्ष आई.ए.एस. परीक्षा में चयनित एवं पूरे देश
की छात्राओं में 11वीं व सम्पूर्ण छात्रों में 42वीं रैंक
प्राप्त करने वाली सी.एम.एस. अलीगंज की मेधावी छात्रा
सोनाली गिरी ने किया। इसके अलावा आई.ए.एस. परीक्षा में
27वीं रैंक प्राप्त करने वाले अजय गुप्ता व नेहा गिरी के
परिवारीजनों ने भी मार्च में प्रतिभाग किया। ज्ञातव्य हो
कि इस वर्ष सी.एम.एस. के तीन छात्र आई.ए.एस. परीक्षा में
चयनित हुए हैं। इसके साथ ही सी.एम.एस. की सभी शाखाओं की
प्रधानाचार्याओं ने मार्च में शामिल होकर ‘घर और विद्यालय
को बच्चों के चारित्रिक निर्माण के अनुकूल बनाने’ का संदेश
सभी को दिया। यह ‘जन–जागरण मार्च’ सी0एम0एस0 कानपुर रोड
आॅडिटोरियम में पहुँचकर एक विशाल सभा में परिवर्तित हो
गया, जिसे प्रख्यात शिक्षाविद् व सी.एम.एस. के संस्थापक
श्री जगदीश गाँधी ने सम्बोधित किया।
इससे पहले सी.एम.एस.
शिक्षकों के विशाल ‘जन–जागरण मार्च’ को लखनऊ की जनता ने
भरपूर समर्थन देते हुए शिक्षकों के सुर में सुर मिलाया एवं
सी.एम.एस. की इस पहल की भूरि–भूरि प्रशंसा की। सड़क के
दोनों किनारों पर खड़े विशाल जन–समुदाय ने शिक्षकों के
उत्साहवर्धन में कोई कोर–कसर नहीं रखी एवं जगह–जगह
सी.एम.एस. शिक्षकों को भरपूर प्रोत्साहित किया। ‘घर
और विद्यालय से बढ़कर कोई न तीरथ–धाम – जन जागरण मार्च’
में सबसे आगे सी0एम0एस0 कानपुर रोड की प्रधानाचार्या डा0
(श्रीमती) विनीता कामरान विश्व की मुख्य न्यायाधीश की
ड्रेस में एवं न्यायाधीश की ड्रेस पहनी उनकी शाखा की 100
शिक्षिकाओं ने उनका अनुकरण किया। इसी के साथ राजेन्द्र नगर
की 150 शिक्षिकायें विश्व नागरिक की ड्रेस में तथा गोमती
नगर, महानगर तथा अलीगंज के 200 टीचर्स हाथों में ग्लोब व
विश्व के सभी देशों के 200 राष्ट्रीय ध्वज हाथों में लेकर
विश्व के दो अरब बच्चों के ‘‘सुरक्षित भविष्य’’ की जोरदार
अपील की। पांच–पांच की लाइनों में बड़े ही अनुशासित ढंग से
निकले जन–जागरण मार्च से ‘घर और विद्यालय से बढ़कर कोई न
तीरथ–धाम’ का संदेश प्रसारित हुआ। इस जन–जागरण मार्च में
विद्यालय की शिक्षिकायें हाथों में नारे लिखे प्ले कार्डो,
झण्डों, ग्लोब तथा बैनर्स द्वारा घर और विद्यालय से बालक
में पवित्र, दयालु तथा प्रकाशित हृदय विकसित करने के
अनुकुल चरित्र निर्माण तथा सब धर्मो का ज्ञान देने का
वातावरण निर्मित करने की मार्मिक अपील की।
‘घर और विद्यालय से
बढ़कर कोई न तीरथ–धाम – जन जागरण मार्च’ के उद्देश्य एवं
आवश्यकता की विस्तृत जानकारी देने हेतु अपरान्ह: सत्र में
एक प्रेस कान्ेन्स का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर
पत्रकारों को सम्बोधित करते हुए सी0एम0एस0 के संस्थापक व
प्रख्यात शिक्षाविद् श्री जगदीश गाँधी ने बताया कि इस जन
जागरण मार्च को निकालने का मुख्य उद्देश्य समाज को यह
संदेश देना है कि प्रत्येक बालक पवित्र, दयालु तथा ईश्वरीय
प्रकाश से प्रकाशित होकर इस धरती पर अवतार की तरह अवतरित
होता है, किन्तु समाज की धार्मिक अज्ञानता व वर्तमान
शिक्षा प्रणाली बालकों के मन–मस्तिष्क को मानव से मानव की
दूरियाँ बढ़ाने वाले विचारों को भरने में महत्वपूर्ण
भूमिका निभा रहे हैं। इसलिए अब यह जरूरी हो गया
है कि घर में माता–पिता तथा विद्यालय मेंं शिक्षक छात्रों
के कोमल व पवित्र मन में दया, प्रेम, सौहार्द, भाईचारा आदि
सद्गुणों को विकसित करने हेतु घर व विद्यालय के वातावरण को
ईश्वरीय प्रकाश से परिपूर्ण बनाएं। ईश्वरीय प्रकाश से
प्रकाशित घर तथा विद्यालय में बड़ा होकर ही कोई बालक विश्व
को एकता तथा न्याय की डोर से बांधकर सारी वसुधा को एक
कुटुम्ब की तरह खुशहाल बना सकता है।
श्री गाँधी ने आगे कहा
कि जन्म लेने से पूर्व बच्चा माँ के गर्भ में 9 महीने
प्रभु के संरक्षण में रहता है, इसलिए बालक पवित्र, दयालु
तथा प्रकाशित आत्मा से परिपूर्ण होता है। जन्म के बाद भी
बच्चा प्रभु की अमानत के तौर पर माता–पिता के पास रहता है,
अत: माता–पिता व अभिभावक की यह जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि वे
पवित्र, दयालु, तथा ईश्वरीय प्रकाश से प्रकाशित समाजोपयोगी
गुणों का स्वयं अपने में समावेश करें व इन गुणों का विकास
अपने बच्चों में भी करें। श्री गाँधी ने कहा कि
संसार के किसी तीरथ–धाम में बालक की तरह पवित्र, दयालु तथा
प्रकाशित आत्मा वाला कोई संत–महात्मा मिलना बहुत मुश्किल
है। असली तीरथ–धाम तो घर व विद्यालय ही हैं क्योंकि यहीं
बालक–बालिकाओं के रूप में परमात्मा के सच्चे स्वरूप के
दर्शन होते हैं। प्रत्येक बालक/बालिका, जो इस धरा पर जन्म
लेता है, वह पूर्णतया पवित्र तथा ईश्वरीय आभा से विभूषित
होता है, जिसे पृथ्वी पर आने के बाद माता–पिता एवं शिक्षक
की यह अनिवार्य जिम्मेवारी बनती है कि तीनों मिलकर बालक को
ईश्वरीय वातावरण प्रदान करें एवं चारित्रिक, नैतिक व
आध्यात्मिक गुणों से परिपूर्ण कर समाज का प्रकाश बनायें।
सी.एम.एस. शिक्षकों का यह
‘जन–जागरण मार्च’ समाज को एक नई दिशा देने एवं जन–जागृति
लाने की एक सशक्त पहल है। उन्होंने बताया कि सी.एम.एस.
अपनी स्थापना के समय से ही समाज, देश व विश्व को उच्च
संस्कारों से सम्पन्न सभ्य नागरिक देने का प्रयास करता है
और इसके लिए सी.एम.एस. सभी संभव माध्यमों से प्रयासरत रहा
है। इस विशाल मार्च के माध्यम से हमारा प्रयास है कि सभी
अभिभावक व शिक्षक बालक को सम्पूर्ण गुणात्मक व्यक्ति बनाने
के लिए घर और विद्यालय में तीरथ–धाम जैसा पवित्र, दयालु
तथा ईश्वरीय वातावरण निर्मित करने में अपना सक्रिय योगदान
दें। श्री शर्मा ने कहा कि सी.एम.एस. ने अपने पचास वर्षों
के स्वर्णिम सफर में सामाजिक पहल के न जाने कितने ही सशक्त
प्रयास किए हैं एवं सामाजिक जागरूकता बढ़ाई है। यही कारण
है कि सी.एम.एस. छात्र आज न सिफर् देश में अपितु अनेक
देशों में ‘विश्व एकता’ व ‘विश्व शान्ति’ की अलख जगाकर
सम्पूर्ण मानवता की सेवा के लिए कृतसंकल्पित हैं।
